We are currently expanding at a phenomenal rate – on the back of what is our record year in terms of revenue (over £800m) and so are looking for like-minded individuals to join our dedicated Head Office team, to help the company continue to flourish.

Main duties and responsibilities:

As Commission Analystyou will be responsible ensuring collection of hotel commissions and reconciling accounts. The role will involve working both independently and as part of a small team. You will be responsible for ensuring all requests are worked through on a timely manner and responding to Hotels and our Travel Counsellors to make sure they are kept up to date.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to prioritise and deal with the demands within the department
  • A role model with high standards of honesty and integrity and show consistency between what they say and how they act.
  • Takes ownership of identified problems and deal with the demands of the department
  • IT literate with knowledge of MS Office and Excel
  • Excellent time-management
