We’re looking for an ambitious New Franchise Recruiter to join our talented Franchise Sales Team to attract and recruit new Travel Counsellors to our special business. Based at our Support Office in Manchester, this national role requires an outgoing and credible recruitment professional with proven expertise and experience in delivering results to drive the search for talent across the UK, developing our Leisure Travel offering and supporting our business to recruit more Travel entrepreneurs.
Leveraging the support of our Recruitment Marketing Team, you’ll have responsibility for developing national sourcing strategies to create talent pipelines to attract the next generation of Travel Counsellors, ensuring that the focus is on the quality of entrepreneurs that engage with our business.
We operate with pace at Travel Counsellors so you’ll need to be comfortable working in an agile and fast-paced environment and understand the importance of putting the candidate at the heart of everything you do, promoting our brand nationally and leveraging digital technology and social media platforms to attract the very best talent.
As well as being a team player, you’ll own the end-to-end candidate experience from attraction and assessment right through to supporting new entrepreneurs realise their dreams at Travel Counsellors, ensuring that they experience a world-class onboarding experience before handing over to our qualified Business Coaches once the new Travel Counsellors starts their induction.
You’ll be representing our business at industry events and will have full ownership of building your own talent pipeline, using your exceptional head-hunting and networking skills to inspire passive and active candidates to engage with our brand. We’re powered by people at Travel Counsellors and exceptional interpersonal skills are required for this role, championing our caring approach for our candidates, colleagues, customers and communities.
No previous travel or franchise experience is required, we’ll teach you that, but you’ll need to be comfortable working in a sales environment, perfecting your pitch to convert candidates and deliver success for both you, your team and our business. To be successful you’ll need to be resilient and have a strong desire to succeed, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
