Role Summary

Travel Counsellors are recruiting for a Customer Marketing Manager, a high energy, talented individual to help define and deliver the UK commercial marketing plan. We are a results driven business and are looking for candidates are used to working to targets and developing campaigns which add value and deliver ROI. With a strong digital skill set, you’ll be proficient across all marketing channels as well as on the ball with current and emerging digital trends.

With a 96% NPS we believe there is a high potential to increase repeat business from our current customer base, and we are looking for experience in driving repeat and referral business.

You’ll have experience with using a range of campaign planning tools and analysis delivering the right messages and campaigns at the right time with strong segmentation skills across all channels. To manage the planning, delivery and evaluation of customer insight driven marketing considering all aspects of product marketing.

We operate with pace at Travel Counsellors, so you’ll need to be comfortable working in an agile and fast-paced environment and understand the importance of putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, promoting our brand and generating truly inspiring content – you’ll be a natural planner with the ability to organise teams managing high volume campaigns.

Previous travel experience is preferred, or experience with working with high value premium brands and you’ll need to be comfortable working in an ever-changing, fast paced environment, flexible in your approach engaging with multiple stakeholders.

You’ll be experienced at working with various CRM systems, using segmentation and analysis to build value add automated campaigns whilst retaining control of the customer journey. You’ll have proven experience working in a B2C environment managing complex customer journeys across multiple channels. With an even mix of print and digital channels you’ll be proficient in the full marketing mix including brochure production, printed & mailed comms, email campaigns, reactivation, and increasing repeat customers rates.
