Administrator (Servicing team) - Summer Placements (May - September)

This is an exciting time to join Travel Counsellors as we are transforming how we do things in our Operations Team, streamlining and digitising our services, where possible, to improve the experience for our Travel Counsellors (who are our internal customers), enabling them to run successful travel businesses.

This role, reporting into the Servicing Manager, will form part of a new function within our existing Servicing team. The role will take responsibility for checking and distributing travel documentation including full query and discrepancy management.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Verify internal booking data against supplier documentation
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies and queries
  • Distribute customer documentation
  • Update online booking details
  • General administrative support
  • Skills and Experience Required:
  • Ability to work at pace
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective problem solving/query management ability
  • Excellent organisation skills – ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Previous administrative/clerical/office experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite
