Will I receive training on how to use the travel booking system?
"Yes. During your initial training course we will show you how to create quotes, make and amend bookings using our booking platform, Phenix. You'll have access to a wealth of support to answer any questions and help you get the most of of the platform. "
How is the initial travel training taught?
"Your initial training will be held in small groups and led by the brilliant training team. After your initial training, you'll have self-study modules to complete at home and then access to a range on ongoing training opportunities."
Will I have to pass exams before I can sell travel?
"Throughout your training course, there are some online assessments to ensure you are making the progress we would expect. After you've completed mandatory training, you can access even more learning and development resources to keep your business growing."
