Travel Counsellors smash sales records in 2019

Travel Counsellors Ireland has recorded its best year to date in 2019, with sales of over €34 million. In its fourteenth year of consecutive growth, the leading Irish homeworking travel company smashed records again last year, with an 11% increase in sales, along with hitting a milestone target of 80 Travel Counsellors operating across the country.

Alongside Travel Counsellors’ leisure travel offering, growing demand from the corporate travel sector has played a significant role in the company’s increasing sales figures.

General Manager of Travel Counsellors Ireland, Cathy Burke says: “2019 was a fantastic year for Travel Counsellors, with another record-breaking 12 months for both corporate and leisure travel sales.

“We are now heading into year 15 in the Irish market and it looks like 2020 is already shaping up to be another hugely successful year for Travel Counsellors. The 2019 results are a testament to the hard work, care and attention our individual Travel Counsellors, along with the team in our Irish head office, put into ensuring the thousands of customers that use Travel Counsellors receive an unrivalled service.”
