We've added two more awards to the trophy cabinet

We are proud to announce that in recent weeks we have added two more fantastic awards to our growing trophy cabinet: TTG Luxury’s Homeworking Business of the Year 2022 and TTG’s Top Business Travel Agency 2022.

Here are just some of the things we have achieved over the last couple of years that put us in a position to win these brilliant awards.

Working Smarter:

We have introduced multiple new platforms to support TC’s in developing their business:

• Expanded our Knowledge Base which enables Travel Counsellors to access advice and ideas from the TC Community meaning they’re better placed to find the answers they need, when they need them.

• Our new learning and development platform, ‘Discover’, houses on-demand content for Travel Counsellors to continue developing their skills

• Our community platform, ‘TC World’ unites the global community of Travel Counsellors

Better Serving Clients:

2021 and 2022 have been about giving our customers the confidence to travel again, helping them to navigate the complexities of travel and being there as a trusted advisor who can provide a service that goes far beyond the booking.

We focused on full flexibility on our own packages and covid reassurances in resort giving Travel Counsellors and customers confidence to book when they could.

We have also focused on supporting our business owners to be extremely reactive at short notice to help customers change their trips to a later date.
