I began my career as a Cabin Crew member, working for over a decade with three different airlines. After deciding to give up my wings to start a family, I spent two years working as a Montessori teacher. I then took a five-year break from work to focus on raising my little one. Following that, I stepped into the world of travel once again as a Travel Counsellor.

There’s a saying that goes, 'What you seek is seeking you.' When I felt ready to return to the workforce, I began reaching out to people in my network to explore opportunities in the travel industry. That’s when a family friend recommended I look into Travel Counsellors as a potential career path. As I began researching the company, it was their mission that truly resonated with me and stood out the most. I knew right then—I was in.

The Phenix system is phenomenal—simple, efficient, and seamlessly linked to a customer app that manages itineraries, payments, and documentation. Clients love its clarity, convenience, and professional presentation. I do too!

One of the best parts about being a Travel Counsellor is being part of a community of like-minded people who share the same passion for travel. Whenever I want to talk about travel, I can simply pick up the phone and chat with another Travel Counsellor—whether to swap stories or just share experiences—without worrying if the conversation lasts over an hour! Through this incredible community, I’ve met people who have inspired me, supported me, moved me, and cheered me on throughout my journey.

Since joining Travel Counsellors, I’ve been fortunate to have several incredible opportunities. The platform has opened many doors for me in the travel industry, giving me access to the world at my fingertips and helping me expand my professional network. After seven years as a Travel Counsellor, I’m proud to have built my own personal brand—one that reflects my passion for travel. I walk the talk through my own journeys and take pride in inspiring others to take that trip they’ve been dreaming about.

What I love most about being a Travel Counsellor is that it allows me to embark on this exciting journey as an entrepreneur while also being a hands-on mum to my energetic 11-year-old and raising my family in Dubai. Every day brings new challenges, valuable lessons, and opportunities for growth—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
