Role Description
This role is critical to the success and development of the technology platform. It leads on the development of the product vision and strategy for the CX stream and domains. It leads on roadmap development and senior stakeholder collaboration, in addition to providing the reporting and narrative of Product outcomes. It also includes line management of Business Analysts within the stream.
Principle Accountabilities
- Product Management
- Ensure appropriate amount of your time is spent looking outside the business to understand the wider market and opportunities
- Proactively look for initiatives and to delivery innovation and product enhancements
- Build and define the Product Vision and Strategy, alongside leading the Product Development lifecycle
- Conduct market research and identify customer needs
- Lead on the communication of product updates and strategy to Stakeholders
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management
- Create EPICS with clear Product Specifications
- Monitor product performance and analyse user feedback
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Ensure the product meets customer needs and provides a superior user experience
- Leadership and Development
- Line management and development of the Business Analysts within the Product Stream
- Develop your own personal and people leadership skills and capability using the support available in the business
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Be a champion of change, leading the business with recommendations on the whole Product Experience, both Tech and its wider reach
