Our Business Model
We've seen consecutive double-digit growth every year since opening in the UAE office in 2012, providing comprehensive financial protection for your customers, and 360° wrap-around support for you.
What is our business model?
- Our business model is built on partnerships. As a self-employed franchise holder arranging bespoke travel experiences for your customers, you’ll earn commission on the services you sell. Our commission is split 60/40 - 60% for you; 40% for us.
- For that 40%, you’ll receive our unwavering support and continual investment in your business to see its success.
- Although we’re a commission-based business, customer experience means everything to us. When presented with two-holiday options - one better for the customer and one better for your pocket - you’ll always put the customer first.
- Become a Travel Counsellor, and you’ll become part of a unique global travel company.

Our superb, integrated digital platform, Phenix, allows you to source and book the holiday that’s right for your customer.
Earn enhanced levels of commission creating bespoke travel itineraries quickly and easily. Filter and select flights, transfers, accommodation and services from a host of trusted travel partners all on one digital platform. While delivering a truly unique travel experience that simply can’t be bought elsewhere.
Or, you can act as the travel agent, and book with one of a host of third-party travel providers.
