There are many pain-points that agents face from wasting hours in traffic, being forced to work long hours incl. weekend & public holidays. Many feel that what they put in doesn’t match what they bring home and the list goes on.

Kerith was our 151st Travel Counsellor. She has completed her 5-day induction and her business is already off to a flying start. We caught up with her and asked her to share more about her journey in becoming a Travel Counsellor.

Operations Supervisor and Accounts Manager recently travelled around the country to train our Travel Counsellors. The training was to help the TCs save time and to enjoy greater efficiencies. They say time is money.
