Travel Counsellors celebrate their achievements in all-expenses paid 5* luxury

Becoming a Gold Travel Counsellor is no easy feat. It takes commitment, determination and a lot of hard work. We’re so proud of our Gold Travel Counsellors.

In September this year our Gold Travel Counsellors from around the globe came together to celebrate their phenomenal achievements in vibrant Vilamoura, a glamourous gem on the sun-drenched coast of the southern Portugal. Travelling from South Africa Mladen Lukic, Travel Counsellors South Africa General Manager was joined by Kirsty Fourie (a Travel Counsellor from Johannesburg), Charmaine Higgins (a Travel Counsellor from Johannesburg), Petro Rossouw (a Travel Counsellor from Johannesburg), Marijke Davel (a Travel Counsellor from Johannesburg), Nina Gerdener (a Travel Counsellor from Bloemfontein).

With a magical marina to explore, packed with super yachts, incredible bars and authentic Portuguese restaurants, there couldn’t be a better location to celebrate success after another fantastic year for the company so far. The luxury theme became very clear when they arrived at the amazing Anantara Algarve resort - a prestigious, five-star retreat overlooks lush golf greens, with views for days. The weekend was truly dedicated to relaxation at this tranquil haven boasting five beautiful pools and surrounded by champagne cabanas. Travel Counsellors could choose to wander around the region’s vineyards, taste the local flavours, tee off at world-renowned golf courses or soak in the luxury of a Mediterranean spa. Gold Travel Counsellor Kirsty Fourie attended for the very first time and was awarded with a certificate and a surprise message from her husband was broadcasted.
