Today, 20th March is International Day of Happiness. The theme for this year is 'happier together' focusing on what we have in common.

Travel Counsellors build friendships with one another across the globe. Last week one South African TC Lize Roodt enjoyed a lovely home cooked meal by a TC colleague in the UK.
Travel Counsellors will look after one anothers customers while they are not available. TCs are never in competition with each other. They will go above and beyond the call of duty to look out for each other.
We asked our TC's what makes them happy:
- Financial rewards
- Having a great work-life balance
- Spending quality time with their family
- Being able to fit the things they love into their day.
- Giving their customers the best care
- Travelling themselves and the list goes on...__
Dr Hashem Bahary created a list of what makes people the happiest. Did you know that 7 of the top 14 things that make people happy are associated with going on holiday?
Travel Counsellors love seeing their clients get excited about their holidays. They love hearing all about their trip when they get back, and they can't wait to start planning their next holiday break.
Our Travel Counsellors are supported by a 400 strong head office team, whose soul purpose is to help them to be the best that they can be. We never compete with our Travel Counsellors.
It's time to consider how much happiness your job brings you.
We all spend far too much time at work to not spend that time doing something we love. And sometimes, the harder you work, the further away you find yourself from what made you join the travel industry in the first place. Travel Counsellors gives you an opportunity to be rewarded for the hard work you put in without having to distance yourself from the bit that got you hooked, creating tailor-made travel experiences for your customers. If you love travel and you want a career that is as rewarding as it is challenging, Travel Counsellors could be for you!
If you would like to be part of a happiest company in the world then we would love to hear from you.
