That’s why we’re so excited to talk about one of our favourite annual traditions: the "Here comes the Sun" competition!

This friendly competition is our way of recognizing the outstanding dedication of our Travel Counsellors. By excelling in areas like business growth, exceptional customer service, and mastering our in-house systems, TCs can earn a truly special reward. This year, eight of our phenomenal franchisees have won an all-expenses-paid trip to our 2025 Global Conference!

What Makes the Global Conference So Special?

From November 7th to 9th, the ACC Liverpool will become the global hub for Travel Counsellors. This isn't just a meeting; it's a vibrant gathering of our worldwide community. The event is designed to empower TCs and help them supercharge their businesses.

Beyond the learning opportunities, the conference is about connection. They'll hear from an incredible line-up of inspirational speakers, share stories with fellow TCs, and enjoy our famous evening functions. The highlight, of course, is the glamorous gala dinner and awards evening, where we celebrate the very best in our community.

MELISSA RIDLEY, Travel Counsellor since 2020

Melissa, who has now qualified two years in a row, shared what this achievement means to her: “Qualifying for the TC Global Conference two years in a row has been a dream come true. I owe this achievement to the trust my clients place in me with their travel plans, and to the outstanding daily support from my TC family. Building lasting relationships with my clients is at the heart of everything I do - it’s their continued belief in me that makes this journey so rewarding. I’m so grateful, and I can’t wait to connect in person with everyone in Liverpool - it’s always a thrill to move from virtual meetings to real-life celebrations!”

Marijke’s story is a testament to the power of our buddy system and the supportive nature of our community: “My buddy (Lynde) looked after her clients, my clients and our shared businesses while I was away on a long overdue break, and the favour was returned when she went away – both of our trips fell within the competition period. We both won spots. It just shows you the importance of having a trusted buddy/team in place, and how your business can still thrive when one is away – and even win a spot to attend a global conference!”

Nicci is also looking forward to soaking up the energy of the conference for a second time: “I’m absolutely thrilled to have earned a spot at the global conference in Liverpool! When I saw the 'Here Comes the Sun' incentive launch, I knew I had to give it my all, doing what I love every day to the best of my ability and I’m so glad I did, and continue to do so. Last year’s conference in Manchester was truly inspirational and completely mind-blowing; the energy, the insights, the people... it all left a lasting impact on me. Knowing I get to experience that again, this time in Liverpool, is incredibly exciting.”

For Marianda, this trip is the fulfillment of a long-held goal: “Back in 2019, I had the incredible privilege of attending the Global Conference in Manchester - a truly eye-opening experience. It was in that moment I knew, without a doubt, that I was part of something truly special. Since then, I’ve always dreamed of attending the conference in Liverpool. So when this year’s competition opened, I set my sights on that goal and gave it everything I had. I can’t wait to return, share my journey with my fellow TCs, and soak up the energy and inspiration that this amazing event always brings.”
