A few Cape Town Travel Counsellors collaborated to craft a message of care for their TC colleagues in South Africa and abroad.
From us to you - hang in there TC family – we love you
Each word was uniquely and creatively made by each Travel Counsellors. This displays their individualism, yet each word displays a message of love and care.
After receiving this message from our Travel Counsellors, we asked them, what it meant to them to be part of the TC family. And this is what they had to say...
"The COVID 19 pandemic has changed the way we live and work. It may have even affected those who already work from home and who are juggling life to a whole new meaning. To be apart of such an amazing team has made this whole ordeal manageable. The support within the Travel Counsellors family is incredible. The support from HQ in the UK to here in South Africa. There isn’t a problem too big or too small and there is always someone who cares to assist you. My immediate TC tribe are a mere WhatsApp or call away for advice and help. I am so grateful for each person. I could not be prouder than I am right now to call myself a Travel Counsellor" says Lyndill Cilliers
"In this uncertain time, it has been great to have Travel Counsellors support me. From head office staff to colleagues. Having our Operations team keeping us up to date, to creating an airline hub for us. This has made understanding the various airlines options and rules so much easier. This has helped me to then relay this onto my clients. On days when I hit lows, I was never alone! TC had my back! Thank you…" says Lynde Opperman
"Being part of the TC Family during this very stressful time has been a God send. Together we are so much stronger!" Says Lana Nel
"Being part of the TC family during this time (and always) is all about support from head office, our TC colleagues and support from each other! Says Ronel Blom
"I’ve always felt a part of a special family, but during this trying time it has become even more evident how closely knit we are. It’s awesome how much love, respect and support we have. Not because we must, but because we want to. We truly care, not only for our clients, but for our people. I’m blessed to be a part of the Travel Counsellors Family! #StrongerTogether." Says Nicci Hayden
"Without the support of this fabulous TC Family, whose hearts, ears and WhatsApp’s are open 24/7, I would never have made it through the COVID19 travel catastrophe still SANE! I am blessed beyond words to be a Travel Counsellor!” Says Melody Visagie
"Travel Counsellors is truly a family. I have never experienced such love, teamwork, comrade and support in any job like I have at Travel Counsellors. I love working in Travel and I love being part of this winning team. It is a win-win situation both ways!" Says Thea Coetzee
"For me our TC WhatsApp Group is a constant source of info, laughs and motivation! I love them to bits, and I am so grateful for each of them during this tough and difficult time. Love you girls!" Says Carolyn Coetzee
"I love being a Travel Counsellor. Travel Counsellors has given me the tools and support to run a fabulous and exciting business. The Travel Counsellors family is GLOBAL, and we all look out for each other and help one another where we can. I know I’m never alone and that I can reach out at any time and there is always someone who will be there to help and support me. #StrongerTogether #WeAreTravelCounsellors." Says Karin Livingstone
"TC is my work family! We’re all together, always, every minute of each day. From the WhatsApp groups for brain storming ideas among TC’s, to our HO marketing emails and our hotline to top management if we need it. Some other ITC models promise the same, but TC delivers it daily! Our tech is amazing and makes me SO efficient and makes me look so professional. TC enables me to work quicker, more efficiently and more professional. Thank you." Says Ursula Thompson
