From 7th-9th November, over 1,500 Travel Counsellors, Support Team colleagues and valued supplier partners came together at the ACC Liverpool for our annual global conference - a celebration of community, innovation and the incredible journeys we’re all on together. This year’s theme, ‘Your Story. Our Journey’, perfectly captured the spirit of the event: recognising every individual business owner’s success while looking ahead to an exciting new chapter for Travel Counsellors worldwide. Launching TC Co-Pilot – a game-changer for Travel Counsellors

One of the biggest moments of the weekend was the announcement of the global rollout of TC Co-Pilot, our AI assistant designed exclusively for Travel Counsellors, following a successful trial involving over 120 of our franchise owners.

Unlike generic AI tools, TC Co-Pilot is built from the ground up using our own knowledge base and seamlessly integrated into Phenix - our proprietary booking and business management platform. It’s a powerful new partner in productivity, helping Travel Counsellors:

• Build bespoke itineraries in minutes
• Research hotels and local experiences with insider precision
• Create marketing content and plan social media effortlessly
• Deliver personalised touches for clients

By automating the admin and elevating personalisation, TC Co-Pilot gives Travel Counsellors more time to do what they do best - build meaningful relationships and craft unforgettable, luxury travel experiences.

Our Friday Night Live welcome party

We opened the conference in true TC style with our Friday Night Live welcome party - an evening of laughter and music, including a special performance by comedian Katherine Ryan.

Inspiring main stage sessions

Across the weekend, our main stage hosted an incredible lineup of speakers, including our Growth and Entrepreneurship Partner, Sara Davies, and author, broadcaster, and adventurer Simon Reeve. Fresh from her Friday night performance, Katherine Ryan also graced the stage on Saturday morning to share unique insights gleaned from her personal journey and discuss the importance of mindset and resilience – all with a few comedy moments thrown in to keep the positive vibes high.

Meanwhile, Sara Davies was joined on stage by Travel Counsellors who shared their own inspiring stories of success, drive, and community - living proof that with the right support, running your own travel business can be both empowering and rewarding.

Our TCTM travel market

Our ‘TCTM’ Travel Market brought together Travel Counsellors and our valued supplier partners for a day of networking, collaboration and discovery. From new destination insights to the low-down on new product launches, it was the perfect opportunity to strengthen the personal relationships that make our community so unique, while ensuring our Travel Counsellors came away with valuable product and destination knowledge to enhance their customers' experience.

A spectacular gala dinner and awards ceremony

On Saturday, we were whisked away to Japan for our enchanting ‘Night in the Orient’ gala dinner and awards ceremony. The evening honored top-performing Travel Counsellors, with the prestigious South African accolade awarded to Team Nina and Mercia from Bloemfontein. We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the nominees for Top Travel Counsellor South Africa: Team Nina and Mercia, Anna Dalrymple, Kerith Hulme, and Helga Wenning.

As we celebrated the achievements of our community, guests were treated to a spectacular headline performance from Irish pop-rock band, The Script.
