What do you love most about working in the travel industry?
Travel has the power to change people. Having travelled extensively myself, I’ve seen how destinations can inspire, uplift, and broaden perspectives in ways few other experiences can. Being able to use that knowledge to guide clients with confidence, and help them create meaningful, memorable journeys, makes this industry incredibly rewarding.
What does becoming a Travel Counsellor mean for you?
Becoming a Travel Counsellor gives me the opportunity to build a business with genuine balance—managing my time more effectively, being present for family, and still delivering high-quality service. It also provides a professional structure and support system that allows me to grow sustainably while maintaining the personal touch my clients value.
What are you looking forward to most about being a Travel Counsellor?
I’m excited to offer clients a concierge-style experience with personalised attention and more flexibility. The TC model allows me to focus on relationships rather than admin, meaning clients receive a far more tailored and consistent level of service. This approach aligns with the way I’ve always wanted to operate professionally.

Yes, my goals include establishing a strong client base, building consistent monthly sales, and developing efficient internal processes that support long-term growth. I also plan to refine my marketing approach, strengthen customer retention, and create a service environment where every client feels valued and confident returning for future travel.

My background includes travel consulting, digital marketing, operations, and customer service. I also have extensive international travel experience, which helps me understand destinations, logistics, and cultural nuances from a real-world perspective. This combination allows me to provide informed, practical advice that supports clients before, during, and after their journeys.

Family, aviation, technology, and travel are major parts of my life. I enjoy exploring new destinations and following global travel trends, as well as learning about different cultures and experiences. I’ve been fortunate to travel through most European countries, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, America, and across Southern and Central Africa. Each destination has offered something unique, and I don’t have a single favourite country - every place has its own culture, rhythm, and identity that makes it memorable. Having travelled so widely, I bring genuine insight into what makes a journey special, which strengthens both my personal interests and my professional approach as a Travel Counsellor.
Have you started planning how you will grow your business/find new customers?
Yes, I plan to grow through targeted digital marketing, consistent content creation, and ongoing customer engagement. By sharing valuable travel insights and showcasing my international experience, I aim to build trust and attract clients who value personalised service. Social media, referrals, and strong branding will all play key roles in this strategy.

Southeast Asia - specifically China - for its remarkable blend of culture, history, and cutting-edge innovation. My passion for travel, aviation, and planning journeys motivated me. Having travelled widely, I know how impactful the right advice can be in shaping someone’s experience.
