Travel is one of those industries that so many of us have fallen in love with. The exciting new destinations to explore, the new cultures to learn about and to experience, the new people that we have met on these trips, and the wonders of all the experiences that we have beheld.

I remember seeing the Eiffel Tower for the first time - wow it was so much taller than I had imagined, it was surreal! I can remember seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa and having so much fun trying to capture the best photo of pushing the tower up and down.

I can remember river rafting down the rapids on the Zambezi River in Vic Falls. The thrill, fear and sheer excitement all in one. I can remember cruising into Montenegro, Santorini and Venice. Wow, each destination had so many stand out moments and ones that I will never forget.

I'm sure that you have stand out memories too. Added to this will be the memories that you have created for your special customers. Every booking that you crafted with care for your customers to ensure that they got the best travel experience possible?

I have heard stories from our TCs where they have families who started booking with them when they first started in travel. 20 years on those families are still booking with them. What's more, is that the children who are now grown-up are booking with the Travel Counsellor too. There are also many stories of where customers have become close friends.

Don't lose hope, the good times will come back, our borders will reopen and there is such a pent up demand from customers desperate to get away and to experience those bucket-list moments.
