TC Moms are Superheroes

This Mother’s Day is different to any other Mother’s Day experienced. Right now, our TC moms have been working around the clock to rescue their clients stranded around the world. Not only that they have been looking after their family. Many moms are the glue in the family, turning their house into a home. This has been extremely difficult over the past few weeks where the entire family is locked 24/7 under a single roof.

Moms generally do the cooking, cleaning, (as all our magic fairies are in their homes during lockdown), all the while seeing to their kids. Shame the kids are also struggling with the adjustments of home-school, no friends, no play dates and this takes its toll. Some moms are lucky to have hands on hubbies who help however other single mom’s tirelessly give of their best to ensure that their kids have the best that they can give.

We would like to wish every TC mom a very special Mother’s Day. We hope that on Sunday you can relax, put your feet up and that you will realise just how much you are loved and appreciated.

Another hat that many of these moms have put on is their baking and some ‘me time’ activities like painting, art lessons, cooking lessons and so much more… All TCs are part of a tight community who care for each other and when one TC is having a bad day, there are over 100 others cheering them on.

Then there are the TC ‘Ubuntu angels’ who practically reach out to encourage those TCs who are going through challenging circumstances and there is a TC mom behind this initiative with the biggest heart.

Wishing all our superheroes AKA TC moms a very Happy Mother’s Day.
