
Travel Counsellors South Africa launches interactive itineraries
We’ve launched our interactive itineraries! This means that customers will have a more immersive and engaging way to explore their travel plans.
Developed in-house over the past 12 months and fully integrated into the myTC platform and app, the new feature transforms traditional, static travel documents into visually rich, multimedia itineraries, enabling Travel Counsellors to present quotes in a more personalised and compelling way, all while ensuring a seamless end to end customer journey.
Following a successful pilot involving over 80 Travel Counsellors, the technology is now being rolled out across the wider global community of over 2,200 Travel Counsellors. The interactive itineraries include rich destination content based on package sales from the in-house booking tool, Phenix, blending captivating storytelling, vibrant imagery, and practical travel tips to inspire and inform customers at every stage of their trip.

The launch follows Travel Counsellors’ acquisition of Planisto which has played a key role in accelerating the platform’s content development capabilities, paving the way for future innovation.
