We're Celebrating 30 Years at Our Biggest and Best Conference Yet!

The countdown is on – this month Travel Counsellors is bringing together over 2,100 delegates from across the globe, including Travel Counsellors, partners, support team colleagues and over 220 suppliers for our biggest-ever annual conference.

This year our ‘30 Beyond’ theme is all about celebrating our journey as the UK’s longest-running travel franchise while looking forward to the future of travel with confidence and optimism. It’s about our commitment to going beyond the ordinary, creating exceptional travel experiences, and caring for our customers. And as always, community, collaboration, and inspiration will be at the core of the conference.

This year we’re pulling out all the stops, kicking off with an exclusive private event at Fenix, an upscale restaurant in Manchester, to honour 150 long-standing members of the Travel Counsellors community for their unwavering dedication and commitment, including six individuals celebrating 25 years of service, and another 21 marking 21 years.

For the first time, Friday’s seminar sessions will feature three high-profile external speakers centred on well-being topics, such as transforming adversity into empowerment, physical health, resilience, and stress management. Additionally, there will be a marketplace for the community to share services and products to help them with their wellness and well-being, as well as personal marketing products and customer gifts to help them grow their business.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll be sharing a wealth of knowledge and inspiration with the community. There’ll be a mix of conference sessions and evening events, including presentations from the support team, insights from guest speakers and updates from industry experts to help Travel Counsellors stay at the top of their game and nurture their businesses. The Travel Market is also a great opportunity to catch up with our supplier partners and hear all about their latest products and developments.

But the conference isn’t all business – both Friday and Saturday night celebrations are spectacular, fun-packed evenings, and invaluable opportunities to spend some quality time together as a community. With Friday’s ‘Après T-Ski’ theme, we’re looking forward to a cosy, winter-inspired evening, and on Saturday we’ll be donning black-tie attire and recognising exceptional achievements at our infamous gala dinner.

The South African contingent attending the global conference includes six Travel Counsellors who won an all-expenses-paid trip to this year’s event.
