What is TC Co-Pilot?

TC Co-Pilot is a virtual assistant that harnesses the power of AI and interactive content. It will recommend products in Phenix (our intuitive, in-house booking system) based on a customer’s booking history, preferences, and spending patterns. Travel Counsellors can easily find options that best suit their clients' needs.

What are the benefits of TC Co-Pilot?

One of the key benefits is time-saving and efficiency. As a business owner, it can be all too easy to get overwhelmed when there’s an endless list of enquiries on your desk – particularly during busy periods.

Simply let TC Co-Pilot know your customer’s requirements using the voice chat feature, and it will do the legwork for you – so all you need to do is review the carefully selected options and share them with your customers via the integrated myTC app (which lets customers review quotes and make a booking at the touch of a button, wherever they are in the world).
