A leisure to corporate training course was held for all TCS to upskill to get a slice of the corporate pie. The expectations & need from corporate companies will change due to Covid-19 and our TCs need to stay ahead.

Our new Travel Counsellors graduated from their 2-week induction online. They were later enrolled to start a 10-week new Starter Programme. This bridges the gap from induction and helps them build solid foundations.

Mid-March the country was put into level 5 of lockdown and all flights were grounded. Our 5 day induction training in Cape Town was put on hold. Our agents have just completed their training online.
