What’s expected of you

Whether you work from home, in your local coffee shop or the beach; it’s up to you. Whichever way you choose to work, we will have certain expectations to ensure your business is successful.

You’ll have flexibility, but you’ll need to:

  • Build your own customer base
  • Understand that you’ll be self-employed. You won’t be salaried as a Travel Counsellor, but that also means you get to keep 60% of the profit on whatever you sell. With no sales targets to hit, you have the freedom to be your own boss
  • Support yourself financially for the first year as you establish your business
  • Make a full-time commitment. The hours you work are up to you, but you need to dedicate time to be a success

We have a training course for everyone

We cover both leisure and corporate training, so you leave equipped and feeling confident to arrange all types of travel arrangements.

Leisure

Minimum 3 years travel experience — If you sell holidays to customers in a travel agency or work for a tour operator, find your new home with us.
