Not even Covid-19 was going to stop these agents from following their passion and dream to becoming business owners. September brings a change of seasons in our weather and it also brought a physical change for these three agents.

Becoming a Travel Counsellor means that I can now plan my work around load shedding, my daughter along with all her other activities. I can still be there for my customers when they need me most, even if that is at 10 PM.

Travel Counsellors introduced a daily 2 week training programme called Back to Business. It was just like a re-induction training programme..

We have just changed seasons and Spring is upon us. Our days are getting earlier with the sun setting much later. The promise of summer is getting closer and the flowers are in bloom.

Today (21 August) right across the globe we celebrate innovation, leadership and empowerment of entrepreneurs. It is on this day that we honour all our Travel Counsellors.

Sunday the 9th of August is Women’s Day. This Women's Day we celebrate all our women franchisees and all that they have achieved.

One of the biggest deterrents for starting a business is fear of failure. Many travel agents find themselves retrenched, or on a reduced salary with an uncertain future. Now could be the perfect time for them to follow their dream.

Candice is optimistic that the comeback in travel will be great. I know so many people who can’t wait to travel as soon as we are allowed. Starting my own business amid this pandemic seemed to be the right time for me.
