Our training

You’ll need to join one of our training courses, dependent on your experience. All training courses involve an intensive, classroom-based induction at our head office, coupled with home-based continuous e-learning programmes, state training and webinars.

To become a Travel Counsellor, you'll need to be:

  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Able to make a full-time commitment
  • An experienced travel professional
