What is a Business Development Travel Counsellor?

Business Development Travel Counsellors identify new business opportunities, scale a portfolio of clients to be serviced by other Travel Counsellors, and provide account management from implementation onwards.

How to become a Business Development Travel Counsellor, For our Business Development training course, you’ll have:

  • A minimum of three years’ sales or account management experience in the corporate travel sector
  • Worked in a customer-facing role
  • Worked as a travel agent or a tour operator
  • Been out of the travel industry for five years or more
