What experience do I need?

There’s no need to worry if you’re new to the travel industry. Our online travel training has been developed specifically to help those without industry experience get the knowledge and support they need to take their first steps as a Travel Counsellor.

You don’t need to be an existing travel agent to enrol in the Travel Academy, you just need:

An entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for travel and be over the age of 18
The drive and commitment to set up and build your own business, recognising this is a full-time commitment
Outstanding customer service skills, a caring nature and a can-do attitude
To be brilliant with people, on the phone and when networking
