Over 100 Travel Counsellors joined us for our annual Business Travel Conference in Birmingham.
The two-day event launched our first-ever MICE Takeover Day (that’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events), which saw Travel Counsellors learn about trends in the sector, explore MICE opportunities with existing clients and meet suppliers and support staff to help them with MICE enquiries.
Day 2 was packed with presentations, workshops, interactive panel sessions, guest speakers and more, all to update Business TCs on our corporate strategy, help them utilise the tools and tech we provide and reinvigorate them in running their businesses.
The 2-day event updated Business Travel Counsellors on our growth strategy, emphasised the tools and tech we provide to support their businesses and brought TCs up to speed on everything to do with MICE.
