Double awards scoop for Travel Counsellors

We are thrilled to announce we won not one but two prestigious awards from independent awarding bodies in one night.

We were named ‘Best Independent Travel Agency’ at The British Travel Awards 2018. This award speaks volumes because the winners are determined solely by the number of votes they receive from the public. Our customers made the effort to recognise the exceptional service provided by Travel Counsellors when creating amazing travel experiences. For a company that puts care for our people, customers and communities at the heart of our business, it is the best endorsement that we can collectively receive.

Travel Counsellors was commended for its innovative focus on people and continued investment in the development of technological platforms, which has contributed to its significant growth.

Also in recognition of our recent successes, we were named the Amazon Growing Business of the Year 2018 in the large company category. This is the second time we have won this award, with judges championing Travel Counsellors’ disruptive business model and ongoing financial success, with 12 years of successive record growth. Our growth is underpinned by our focus on championing people, from customers to individual Travel Counsellor franchisees, global support team members and the communities it works within.
