Travel Counsellors build their businesses with Christmas gift campaign

Last Christmas we launched our Christmas Tree campaign where Travel Counsellors could send a beautiful, decorative Christmas tree to their clients. Complete with branded decorations, mini-brochures and a personalised message, over 70% of customers who received the gift got in touch with their Travel Counsellor.

We saw far-reaching social media engagement as delighted customers shared pictures of their Christmas trees at work and at home. 57% of recipients went on to make an enquiry or booking, resulting in almost £67,000 worth of bookings. Many more customers went on to refer friends and family who were in awe at the level of service and care shown by Travel Counsellors.

Travel Counsellor Jane Zollo sent a tree to a selection of her customers, resulting in two five-figure enquiries to New Zealand and the Maldives.

“Almost immediately I had a thank you message from one of my clients loving the tree that I had sent to her office. We chatted about a trip to New Zealand and within the week I had a booking!

Another customer that received a tree sent a thank you email and advised that he would plant the tree in the garden after Christmas. We spoke in the New Year and progressed with a booking to the Maldives.
