Travel Counsellors celebrate mega milestones

Here at Travel Counsellors, we love to celebrate success. One of the ways in which we do that is with our regular anniversary days, where we invite Travel Counsellors who are celebrating their business birthdays to our head office for a day of recognition.

Last week, five franchisees with a combined total of over a century in business, came together with our directors, fellow business owners, and support team colleagues, to mark the special occasion.

Toasting 20 years with Travel Counsellors, Gold business owner, Michelle Leonard, was delighted to celebrate two decades as her own boss. Michelle said: “I am beyond proud to reach a truly significant milestone in travel, celebrating 20 years of running my business with Travel Counsellors.

“Throughout this time, I’ve seen both my own business and the Travel Counsellors community, flourish. I may have started as an individual, but I now also operate as part of a team – a group of Travel Counsellor experts who work together to support our customers, ensuring they enjoy seamless booking and travel experiences. The team spirit is tangible, and a whole lot of fun!

“My business focus is on creating memories to last a lifetime, with multi-destination and complex itineraries to provide a truly tailor-made experience for my customers. 80% of my clients are returning customers across the last 20 years, and I’m pleased to call many of them lifelong friends.”

During the anniversary day, our long-standing franchisees were also invited onto the sofa for a very special instalment of TCTV – our weekly broadcast which keeps the entire Travel Counsellors community up to date with the latest news and celebrations.
