Travel Counsellors celebrates recruitment growth

We’re thrilled to announce that we now have a thriving community of 2,121 independent business owners worldwide - representing a 7% year-on-year increase.

This growth reflectS our unwavering commitment to equipping our business owners with industry-leading resources, innovative tools and technology, and unparalleled development opportunities - all grounded in a supportive, people-first culture.

Over the past 12 months alone, 297 new travel entrepreneurs have launched their businesses with Travel Counsellors, including over 100 individuals new to the travel industry. We’ve also experienced an increase in travel professionals joining our community, bringing over 1,000 years of combined experience from top brands in the leisure and business travel sectors.

Our trusted and unique business model empowers individuals, whether they’re already in the travel industry, returning to it, or completely new to the sector, to transform their lives by becoming business owners. The model accommodates a variety of working styles, from sole traders and family businesses to larger leisure and corporate businesses. In fact, in the UK, 59% of Travel Counsellors are now working together in TC Teams, a strategy that fosters innovation, supports new ways of working, and drives business growth.
