Gold is the pinnacle of success within our Travel Counsellors community. It’s the prestigious status awarded to our top-performing Travel Counsellors who consistently achieve exceptional earnings over a rolling 12-month period.

This isn’t an exclusive club reserved for a select few – it’s an accolade open to every Travel Counsellor. For over 20 years, we’ve been celebrating those who reach this incredible milestone, including community members who’ve proudly retained their Gold status throughout the entire two decades.

Think of Gold as your badge of excellence, symbolising the hard work, dedication, and success you’ve poured into your business. It’s also a fantastic way to elevate your income while building a business you’re truly proud of. Currently, Gold Travel Counsellors represent the top 12% of our global community, and our promise is simple – if you have the drive and determination to go for Gold, we’ll be there to support you every step of the way.

How does it work?

Aiming for Gold is straightforward and transparent. Here’s how it works:

Rolling 12-month period: Your eligibility for Gold is based on your earnings over the previous 12 months, and this is reassessed twice yearly in April and October.

Clear Gold goal: There is a specific earnings target to meet, set according to the results of the past 12 months.

Maintain your status: Once you achieve Gold, your status is guaranteed for 12 months. After that, you’ll need to requalify every six months to keep your Gold title.
