In addition to our strong community, Travel Counsellors are empowered to work in teams, employ staff, share offices and more so they keep the sense of team spirit they are used to and can maximise their productivity.
Why 2019 is the perfect time to start your own travel business
2018 was our most successful year to date: We achieved over £600 million in sales globally and won more independent awards than ever before, including being voted by the British public as the UK's Best Independent Travel Agency at the British Travel Awards.
We secured our second private equity investment from Vitruvian Partners and welcomed ex-Tesco, Pets at Home and Halfords CEO, Matt Davies, as our non-executive chairman.
As we grow in size, we remain independent and channel all of our investment and energy into ensuring our Travel Counsellors have the best platform to launch and build a profitable business. We put our people of the heart of everything we do, and that's the way it's going to stay.
In this video, our UK Managing Director, Kirsten Hughes, reflects on the successes of 2018 and shares our plans for the year ahead.
If you're ready to make 2019 the year you take control of your career, unlocking a future of unlimited earnings and a greater work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
