We’re officially one of the best places to work!

The good news just keeps on coming here at Travel Counsellors! Following on from our recent TTG Top 50 award wins, we’ve now been named as one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ in the UK for 2024 by The Sunday Times, in collaboration with WorkL.

The annual accolade, awarded from a comprehensive nationwide workplace assessment, celebrates the nation's top employers. It spotlights those with exceptional levels of employee engagement and wellbeing. Additionally, it recognises those workplaces excelling in promoting an environment that supports inclusivity for women, LGBTQIA+ communities, ethnic minorities, and employees with disabilities, as well as enabling colleagues of all ages to make a key contribution to the company.

The 2024 listing marks our third inclusion in this prestigious placement and is a testament to our commitment to creating a unique company culture and supportive work environment – which extends to our franchisee community who experience round-the-clock support from our Support Hub colleagues.

The award submission included a written entry and a survey of over 300 of our technology and support team colleagues who work to support our 2,000+ travel business owners globally in providing the highest levels of customer service to their leisure customers and corporate clients. The results revealed an outstanding performance, with us exceeding an 80% satisfaction rate across all areas of the six-step framework and an average happiness score of 82%.
