By working with the BDMs to build your business, you can take away some of the pressures of building up your pipeline from scratch while you get to grips with our world-class systems. This approach means you can quickly cement your reputation for providing exceptional care and service (after all, it’s what we’re known for), which very often leads to referrals being made.

There are lots of ways in which you can get involved with our Business Development Managers, from monthly sales coffee mornings where you can discuss potential opportunities, to the annual business travel conference.

Our BD team will understand where your areas of expertise lie in regards to specific sectors or types of business travel and match you with clients that align with your background and skills.

Training to help you be your best

In addition to the business development managers, we also have a team of ILM-qualified business coaches who are there to help you get the best out of your business – including helping you to win your own clients. They’ll work with you on a one-to-one basis to identify any areas where you could improve your franchise, helping you to grow your business in ways that work for you and your clients.
