Where your business could go

Although there are never any guarantees, we often find that in their first year, new Travel Counsellors joining with experience in travel sales can expect to earn on par or above the industry standard of around £22-26k. Meanwhile, our Academy Travel Counsellors earn circa £20k in their first year.

However, once their businesses are established and they’ve built up a loyal customer base, the sky really is the limit. The top 30% of Travel Counsellors earn over £50k, with our highest-earning 8% taking home an average of £168.3k!

We’ve previously had Academy Travel Counsellors (who’ve come to us without any experience selling travel), that have seen an almost 480% increase in their gross commission in year four compared to year one!
