Role Description
Assisting our Travel Counsellors in creating bespoke amazing experiences for their customers.
Through collaboration, you will work with our Travel Counsellors on their Premium Leisure bookings within our booking platform “Phenix”, sourcing the best product, exceeding customer expectation.
This role is to support and encourage our Travel Counsellors to book their Premium Leisure enquiries through Phenix, increasing Phenix adoption and Margn %, avoiding booking off platform with 3rd Party operators.
This is a great opportunity for a team player who has exceptional people skills and a desire to help others. We are looking for someone to provide high touch and personal customer service, being one of the main points of contact for our Premium Leisure enquiries when our Travel Counsellors need support and guidance.
Principle Accountabilities
- Acting as a brand ambassador to provide professional and world class customer service when collaborating with our Travel Counsellors on Premium Leisure product.
- Supporting our Travel Counsellors to secure new bookings, including manual pricing from our directly contracted hotel partners and working with our Destination Management Partners across the globe, offering destination and product knowledge and assisting our Travel Counsellors to create bespoke itineraries for their customers.
- Managing voluntary and involuntary land / air changes to existing bookings
- Managing voluntary and involuntary booking cancelations
- Contributing to team discussion around process improvements
- Supporting our Travel Counsellors to adopt our digital support channels
