About the Role
As an ambitious company, we are committed to become the number 1 Tour Operator in UK and we need someone dynamic, ambitious, hardworking and commercially astute who can help us to achieve this goal.
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Connected Partner Manager for a 10-month maternity cover to oversee and nurture our portfolio of integrated travel partners.
In this role, you’ll act as the key liaison between our company and connected partners (such as hotel chains and bedbanks), ensuring strong collaboration and seamless technical integration via our platform. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining business continuity and partner satisfaction during the maternity leave period.
Success is measured by your ability to drive partners performance to TTV targets as well as managing and improving relationship and funding with key partners.
Please note - this role will be a 12-month FTC position
Principal Accountabilities
Partner Relationship Management
Manage and maintain relationships with connected travel partners as well as Global brands and a few DMC’s, acting as the main point of contact during the maternity cover period. Weekly trading calls to gather insights and evaluate our performance against targets.
Negotiation:
Contract renewal with support from Head of Commercial. Negotiate with Connected partners best rates available, overrides, marketing partnerships.
Performance Monitoring
Closely monitor TTV and margin and support initiatives to drive performance, availability, and connectivity quality across partner accounts.
Monitoring performance against override with Head of Commercial
Integration Oversight
Support technical and commercial alignment with partners, working closely with product and engineering teams to optimize API integrations.
Operational Support
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with partners, including issue resolution, content updates, and ongoing communication. Work with suppliers and tech department to push for improvement on API performance and reduce errors. Negotiate any costs for errors incurred by TC due to supplier’s fault.
Data Insights
Focusing on utilising data to provide actionable insights and support business decision making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (support, sales, marketing, tech ) to deliver partner initiatives and ensure a consistent experience.
Events & Conference support
Support the event team on confirmed events (Gold Trip & Conference) and make sure we facilitate any conversations .
Knowledge Transfer & Handover
Ensure thorough documentation and collaboration with the returning manager to support a smooth re-transition at the end of the maternity cover.
Override collection
Making sure that all override due are checked and collected by the finance team
