About the Role

The Corporate Relationship Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the growth, profitability, and operational success of TCs. The RM serves as a strategic partner to Travel Counsellors, providing ongoing support, guidance, and resources to help them achieve their business goals. The role focuses on optimizing operational performance, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability through proactive problem-solving, training, and continuous business development.

Principal Accountabilities

Travel Counsellor Satisfaction & Retention: A key accountability is maintaining high TC satisfaction levels and minimizing turnover.

Financial Performance: Ensuring that Travel Counsellors meet or exceed sales and profitability goals. Collaborate with TCs to identify new and exciting business opportunities using the TC platform (TC Teams) Be the conduit between Head office and other departments. Support the roll-out of high performance initiatives and sales trainings.

Operational Efficiency: Driving improvements in operational processes that result in higher efficiency and client satisfaction.

Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensuring Travel Counsellors consistently meet or exceed brand standards and operational guidelines.

Training Effectiveness: Measuring the impact of training programs on Travel Counsellor performance. Cascade communications and business updates to TCs, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Adoption: Of all the available technology and tools Phenix, MyTC app, MyTC client suite and leveraging the brand assets to position their business in the market

Required Skills/Experience

  • Coaching and/or Mentoring Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presenting data insights
  • Problem Solving and critical thinking
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to build long terms relationships
  • GDS knowledge preferential
