Role Description
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of owning a travel franchise, highlighting key benefits, business features and what sets our brand apart in the travel industry.
- Effectively convert qualified sales leads into successful franchise sign-ups, following up with strong communication and a consultative approach.
- Proactively source prospective franchisees via social media and other platforms, targeting individuals with entrepreneurial drive and transferable skills—even if they come from outside the travel sector.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current Travel Counsellors, working closely with them to identify and refer potential new franchisees.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify high-potential candidates, engaging those from a variety of professional backgrounds who align with our franchise model.
- Guide prospective franchisees through every stage of the recruitment process, from initial interest to onboarding, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential franchisees to assess their motivations, review business plans, and ensure alignment with franchise expectations and standards.
- Represent the brand and deliver compelling presentations at franchise events to engage and inform potential partners.
- Host engaging webinars to present the franchise opportunity to a wider audience and answer questions from prospective franchisees.
- Attend industry networking and travel trade events to promote the franchise and connect with potential candidates.
- Consistently work toward and achieve sales and recruitment targets in a dynamic and results-driven environment.
Principle Accountabilities
- Drive Franchise Growth
Deliver targeted growth of the franchise network by successfully converting qualified leads and sourcing new prospects aligned with the business model. - Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Manage a consistent pipeline of prospective franchisees through proactive outreach, social media sourcing, referrals, and inbound lead conversion. - Candidate Qualification & Assessment
Evaluate prospective franchisees through detailed consultations, business plan reviews and alignment assessments to ensure suitability and long-term success. - Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with candidates, current Travel Counsellors and internal teams. - Sales & Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and sales targets, contributing directly to the business's commercial and strategic growth goals.
Educational/Professional Standards
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to close deals confidently and effectively.
- Mature, consultative approach to sales, focused on understanding client needs and building lasting partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for nurturing and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong ambition and a drive to succeed, consistently demonstrating initiative and resilience.
