We’re the longest-established UK travel franchise, with more travel professionals running their businesses with us than any other. That’s proof that our model works.

What is our business model?

  1. Our business model is built on partnerships. As a self-employed franchise holder arranging bespoke travel experiences for your customers, you’ll earn commission on the services you sell. Our commission is split 60/40 - 60% for you; 40% for us.
  2. For that 40%, you’ll receive our unwavering support and continual investment in your business to see its success.
  3. Although we’re a commission-based business, customer experience means everything to us. When presented with two-holiday options - one better for the customer and one better for your pocket - you’ll always put the customer first.
  4. Become a Travel Counsellor, and you’ll become part of a unique global travel company.

To succeed, you’ll need to be:

  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Commit to it, full-time - the hours you work are up to you, but you need to dedicate time to be a success
  • Understand that you’ll be running your own business, on commission-only
  • Be able to fund your training
