In 2018 we welcomed investment from Vitruvian Partners, previous backers of Skyscanner, JustEat and Trust Pilot. Matt Davies, ex-CEO of Tesco, Halfords and Pets at Home, joined us as our non-executive chairman, alongside Ian Wheeler, who has a long-standing history in travel having being part of Amadeus Group, Vayant Travel Technologies and Travelfusion.

Our dedicated Corporate team in Head Office cover all key functions to help you win new accounts, access competitive and specialist fares, service and develop relationships with existing clients and more.

Responsible for the growth of corporate is our Corporate General Manager, Mark Wilson, who joined us with 25 years' experience in the industry, having most recently been Senior Vice President and General Manager at Altour.

Who are our clients?

Corporate Travel Counsellors offer a concierge-style service to a range of organisations from Premier League football clubs, iconic high-street retailers, off-shore oil and gas companies, musicians, pharmaceutical giants and more.

We have Corporate Travel Counsellors based in the UK, Australia, South Africa, Belgium, the Netherlands and Ireland, with their clients located around the world. This provides a level of security in the event of disruption to any particular market.

A flexible business model

Our franchisees have the freedom to shape our operating model to suit them.

Some of our larger accounts are shared by groups of Travel Counsellors whilst others employ staff and run their own offices. Some Travel Counsellors work independently from their own homes whilst some win new accounts and pass them over to others to service, setting up reciprocal commercial terms in the process.
