Our Travel Trailblazers programme

  1. Do you have an innovative new idea for a travel business? Do you want to be your own boss? Are you driven, ambitious, and have a genuine passion for travel?
  2. If you answered yes to all of those questions and have left full-time education within the last 5 years, or have less than 5 years of work experience, we have a fantastic opportunity for you.
  3. As the longest-standing franchise in the UK, we’re on a mission to strengthen our global community of over 2,000 travel experts with some of the brightest and best young talent, so we’re re-launching our graduate scheme for 2024.
  4. We’re giving away up to ten places on our Travel Academy programme worth £5k! Our Travel Academy is designed to help people with no industry experience launch their own Travel Counsellors franchise on a full-time basis.
  5. As a Travel Counsellor, you'll run a home-based travel business, crafting unforgettable, bespoke trips for your customers. Best of all, there are no sales targets, your earnings are 100% uncapped, and you have the freedom to work from wherever you like!
