Each year, we celebrate our top performing business owners with unforgettable Gold trips in some of the world’s most inspiring destinations. These immersive reward experiences are our way of saying thank you to the Travel Counsellors who consistently go above and beyond for their customers, building thriving travel businesses with a distinctly personal touch.

This month, we have three very special Gold trips taking place, and some of our Gold community have just returned from the first two to travel:

• A vibrant long weekend in Singapore, staying at the Grand Hyatt on Orchard Road.
• A luxurious Crystal cruise from Venice to Athens, sailing through the Adriatic and Greek Isles.

Singapore: Urban energy and iconic experiences

Our fourth Gold trip of 2026 transported top achievers to one of Asia’s most exciting cities. Based at the reimagined Grand Hyatt Singapore on Orchard Road, our Travel Counsellors enjoyed a carefully balanced itinerary that blended business inspiration with once‑in‑a‑lifetime experiences:

Welcome drinks at the Martini Bar: The weekend began in one of Orchard Road’s most iconic cocktail spots, where Gold Travel Counsellors met, mingled and toasted their achievements.

Private dining at Pete’s Place: A cosy, Italian‑style evening in Grand Hyatt’s atmospheric restaurant, complete with its own floor‑to‑ceiling wine cellar, set the tone for relaxed, sociable networking.

Gold conference and supplier sessions: A relaxed morning conference in the hotel brought together our New to Gold achievers, supplier partners and support teams to share insights, celebrate success and look ahead.

Experiencing Singapore like a VIP

Beyond the hotel, the itinerary showcased some of Singapore’s most memorable sights in true 'Gold’ style:

Singapore sidecar tour: A vintage sidecar and combi convoy created an exhilarating, open‑air way to see the city, from heritage districts to the glittering skyline.

Dinner and rooftop views at CÉ LA VI: Perched on the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands, this chic restaurant and club hosted a sophisticated evening above the city lights.

Raffles Hotel lunch and cocktail masterclass: Gold Travel Counsellors stepped into the colonial elegance of Raffles’ Tiffin Room for a North‑Indian lunch, then learnt the craft behind the iconic Singapore Sling with expert mixologists.

Sentosa island adventure: Including private cabanas, plunge pools and beach‑club relaxation, Sentosa delivered pure escapism just minutes from the city.

Sailing on the Royal Albatross: Asia’s only luxury tall ship provided a magical finale, with sunset views, gourmet dining and live entertainment under full sail.

Gardens by the Bay and Supertree celebration: A dedicated evening at this futuristic botanical landmark included time to explore Cloud Forest and Supertree Grove, followed by a private drinks and canapés reception overlooking the Garden Rhapsody light show.

It was a celebration that felt genuinely special, while also giving Travel Counsellors first‑hand experience of a destination many of their clients dream of visiting.

Venice to Athens with Crystal Serenity

For our second September Gold experience, we set sail aboard the ultra‑luxury Crystal Serenity. This eight‑day voyage combined time in Venice with a curated itinerary through Italy, Croatia and Greece, crafted to showcase “Exceptional at Sea” service at its very best.

The journey began with a pre‑cruise stay at Four Points by Sheraton Venice Mestre. From there, guests transferred together to Fusina Cruise Terminal to embark Crystal Serenity and meet the onboard team, butlers and hosts who looked after every detail.

Spacious veranda suites: Aquamarine and Sapphire Veranda Suites on Decks 8 and 11 gave guests private outdoor space and personalised butler service.

All‑inclusive luxury: Fine dining, premium drinks, Wi‑Fi and gratuities were all included, allowing everyone to simply relax and enjoy.

Outstanding dining: Rotations through speciality restaurants such as Beefbar, Umi Uma (the only Nobu restaurant at sea) and Osteria D’Ovidio sat alongside elegant evenings in Waterside, the main restaurant.

Elegant social spaces: From Palm Court and Crystal Cove to the Seahorse pool and Avenue Saloon, there were countless places to meet, network and unwind.

Insightful sessions and ship experiences: A dedicated Gold gathering in the Hollywood Theatre, behind‑the‑scenes tours and supplier‑hosted activities built product knowledge in a genuinely inspiring setting.

A route through the Adriatic and Greek Isles

The cruise explored three countries and seven ports, including:

• Trieste, Italy: Grand piazzas, historic cafés and waterfront architecture offered a taste of northern Italian elegance.
• Dubrovnik, Croatia: Guests walked the famous city walls, explored UNESCO‑listed Old Town streets and discovered one of Europe’s most picturesque coastal cities.
• Corfu, Greece: Olive groves, bays and relaxed island life combined with a hosted visit and lunch at the luxurious Domes Miramare.
• Argostoli, Cephalonia: Golden beaches, harbour towns and a slower pace invited Golds to breathe, wander and appreciate their success.
• Monemvasia, Greece: A medieval, cliff‑side town linked to the mainland by a dramatic causeway proved a highlight, with cobbled streets and sweeping Aegean views.
• Piraeus (Athens), Greece: The historic gateway to Athens formed a fitting finale, with time to reflect on the journey before onward travel.
