We’re delighted to welcome Simon Reeve, the renowned broadcaster, adventurer, and author, who will be joining us as a keynote speaker. Simon’s remarkable career has taken him to some of the most fascinating and remote parts of the world, and his stories of discovery, resilience, and purpose are sure to inspire and energise our community.

Friday Night Live: our welcome party

Our very special ‘Friday Night Live’ welcome party will set the tone for the weekend. It promises to be an evening full of energy, entertainment and plenty of laughs.

The opportunity for Travel Counsellors to meet our valued supplier partners

On both Friday and Saturday, we’ll be hosting our ‘TC Travel Market’ - where our business owners can meet face-to-face with over 200 of our supplier partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for them to build relationships and bridge any gaps in their product or destination knowledge.

Gala dinner and awards

The highlight of the weekend, our gala dinner and awards, will recognise and honour the outstanding achievements of our Travel Counsellors. It’s a night dedicated to celebrating excellence, success, and the camaraderie that makes our community so unique. Plus, we’ve got some surprises up our sleeve – last year we had Nile Rodgers and Chic perform, so who’s it going to be this year?

Conference is also about looking forward. Travel Counsellors will get exclusive updates on our business roadmap, exciting new developments, and how we’re continuing to innovate and empower our global network of business owners to deliver unforgettable travel experiences.

Our most inclusive conference yet

Building on the work done by our TC Affinity Groups, this year, attendees will have access to sunflower lanyards, two quiet rooms, the chance to have a tour of the venue ahead of the doors opening, and a buddy system. These initiatives are designed to help everyone feel safe, comfortable, and able to be their best throughout the weekend.
