What is TC Co-Pilot?

TC Co-Pilot is a virtual assistant that harnesses the power of AI and interactive content. It will recommend products in Phenix (our intuitive, in-house booking system) based on a customer’s booking history, preferences, and spending patterns, meaning Travel Counsellors can quickly view options that are going to be ideally suited to the needs of their clients.

What are the benefits of TC Co-Pilot?

One of the key benefits is time-saving and efficiency. As a business owner, it can be all too easy to get overwhelmed when there’s an endless list of enquiries on your desk – particularly during the busy ‘peaks’ period.

Simply let TC Co-Pilot know your customer’s requirements using the voice chat feature, and it will do the legwork for you – so all you need to do is review the carefully selected options and share them with your customers via the integrated myTC app (which lets customers review quotes and make a booking at the touch of a button, wherever they are in the world).
