From business success to island paradise: Inside our Seychelles Gold Trip

Last weekend, we recognised and rewarded some of our highest-performing business owners with an exclusive Gold Trip to the Seychelles, celebrating exceptional achievements in a truly spectacular setting.

Hosted on the breathtaking Silhouette Island, the five-day experience brought together Gold Travel Counsellors from across our community, alongside their partners, senior leaders and suppliers, for a luxury escape that combined celebration, connection and inspiration.

The trip was hosted at the stunning Niva Labriz Seychelles, a secluded beachfront resort nestled between lush rainforest and the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.

The perfect blend of celebration and inspiration

From the moment attendees arrived on Silhouette Island, they were immersed in a world of luxury, relaxation and celebration. Welcome cocktails overlooking the ocean were followed by an evening of Creole dining and entertainment, setting the tone for an unforgettable few days.

While the trip was first and foremost a reward for success, it also provided valuable opportunities to connect, collaborate and learn.

A dedicated Gold Conference brought attendees together to celebrate newly qualified Gold Travel Counsellors and hear from supplier partners, including representatives from Grecotel and Celebrity Cruises, alongside hosts from Tourism Seychelles and Hummingbird Travel. The event highlighted the strength of the Travel Counsellors community and the collaborative relationships that help our business owners continue to thrive.

As always, the atmosphere was one of shared success, with experienced business owners exchanging ideas, supporting one another and celebrating the achievements that had earned them their place on the trip.

Experiencing the very best of the Seychelles

The itinerary was designed to showcase everything that makes the Seychelles such a special destination.

Travel Counsellors had the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of Silhouette Island through guided hikes and snorkelling experiences, discovering vibrant coral gardens, tropical marine life and hidden coves.

A highlight of the trip saw the group venture beyond the island for a catamaran cruise through the stunning St. Anne Marine National Park. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters and protected marine habitats, attendees experienced one of the most beautiful parts of the archipelago before enjoying an authentic Creole lunch on Mahé.

The experience concluded with a spectacular celebration dinner overlooking Mount Dauban, where attendees reflected on their achievements, forged new friendships and raised a glass to another successful year.
