Get a sneak peek into our first Gold Weekends of 2024
Imagine being recognised for your sales performance with a luxury long weekend away. When you join our supportive community, that’s exactly what you could look forward to. We run several Gold Weekends each year as a way of saying thank you to our franchisees and bringing our community together.
In May, we hosted our first two Gold trips of 2024 – to the Domes Lakes Resort in The Algarve, and Cape Weligama in Sri Lanka.
23 Travel Counsellors joined us for the celebrations in Portugal, where they were warmly welcomed to the picturesque surroundings of Domes Lake Resort. Throughout the weekend, our franchisees enjoyed a jam-packed programme of activities, including a relaxing sunrise yoga session, a fun-filled pool party, and a golf lesson.
There was plenty of time to explore the local area too, with a boat trip around the Algarve’s stunning coastline, and outings to the nearby Vilamoura marina and beach all on the agenda.
As our franchisees returned from Portugal, it was time for our next group of 21 Gold Travel Counsellors to head off to Sri Lanka for an unforgettable stay at the Cape Weligama – a beautiful clifftop resort with jaw-dropping views.
The trip started with a welcome dinner and drinks, with delicious Sri Lankan cuisine and live entertainment throughout the night. The following day began with a leisurely breakfast and conference sessions before a visit to the historic Galle Fort in the afternoon. On the Saturday, our Travel Counsellors spent a full day on safari at Yala National Park, where they spotted leopards (pun intended!), elephants, water buffalo, and sloth bears.
On their last day, the group was treated to yoga sessions, spa treatments, and time to relax around the hotel’s peaceful pool. In the evening, it was time to put on their dancing shoes, with a gala dinner and performance from a local band concluding an amazing trip.
